Who we are
BranjaSocial ("we", "us") is a social media agency. We operate this website and manage social media content and advertising for our clients. Contact details are on our contact section.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us through the contact form or by email, such as your name, email address and message.
- Social account data from Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts and other platforms we are authorized to manage, such as post and account insights (reach, engagement, clicks) and the content we publish for clients.
- Website usage such as pages visited and link sources, used to understand how people find and use our site.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and respond to requests you send us.
- To plan, publish, and measure social media content and advertising for our clients.
- To improve our website and services, and to keep them secure.
- To meet legal obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use social account data to make decisions about individuals. We share information only with service providers who help us run our systems, under contracts that protect it, or when the law requires it.
Information from Facebook and Instagram
When we access data from Facebook or Instagram, we use it only for the purposes you authorized when you connected your account, and only as the platform's terms allow. You can remove our access at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. See our data deletion instructions. You can also remove BranjaSocial from your Facebook or Instagram settings at any time.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law:
- Contact messages: 24 months after our last contact.
- Facebook and Instagram insights: while the connection is active, and up to 30 days after it ends.
- Website analytics: 14 months.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
