Request deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including information that came through Facebook or Instagram.

What we hold

• Contact messages: your name, email address and message, kept for 24 months after our last contact.
• Facebook and Instagram insights: post and account performance data for accounts you have connected to us. Kept while the connection is active, and deleted within 30 days after it ends.
• Website analytics: aggregated usage data, kept for 14 months.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@branjasocial.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Include your name and the Facebook or Instagram username connected to the request, so we can find your records.
3. We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we must keep some information by law.

Remove the app from your account

You can also remove BranjaSocial's access to your account yourself:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find the app, and remove it.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find the app, and remove it.

Removing the app stops our access to your account data.
